Career Assessment

One of the most important decisions that shape the life of an individual is the decision related to career choice. Career choices can be made through a comprehensive and systematic process of evaluating an individual’s strengths, skills, interests, values, and personality traits to help them identify suitable career paths. At My Career Mentor, we help students assess orientation style (what drives you), Interest (excites/fascination), Personality types (what makes you different), Aptitude (inherent strengths), and Emotional Intelligence (manage emotion). Based on the findings of the test, our mentors go for the personalized deep drive to determine the best stream of study, and guide the pathway for the best-suited career.
